Welcome to a place of healing and hope

Restoring strength and building hope

My Approach:
The Connected Family Team

I approach therapy through a family systems lens. This simply means I don’t view people in isolation. Whether I am working with a child, a couple, or an individual, I look at the big picture of your family dynamics and how everyone connects.

I also focus heavily on the nervous system. When life is overwhelming, our bodies naturally get stuck in a “fight, flight, or freeze” response. I integrate practical tools from CBT, DBT, and attachment theory to help your body feel physically safe, improve emotional regulation, and accelerate your healing.

Meet Ericka Potts, LPC

Practice Owner, Licensed Professional Counselor & Approved Clinical Supervisor

I created this practice to be a space where therapy feels entirely human—less clinical, more real, and deeply helpful. I am a strong believer in the therapeutic process, not just as a clinician, but as someone who understands how much courage it takes to look at the hard things, open up, and trust the person sitting across from you.
