I created this practice to be a space where therapy feels entirely human—less clinical, more real, and deeply helpful. I am a strong believer in the therapeutic process, not just as a clinician, but as someone who understands how much courage it takes to look at the hard things, open up, and trust the person sitting across from you.
My path to becoming a counselor has been shaped by a lifelong calling to stand alongside people who are hurting. In my practice, you will find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we use honesty, deep insight, and a little humor to help you and your family feel like yourselves again.
Some of the most meaningful lessons I’ve learned haven’t come from a classroom—they’ve come from life.
Like many people I work with, I’ve experienced seasons that challenged my faith, stretched my heart, and changed me in ways I never expected. Those experiences have deepened my compassion and strengthened my belief that people are never defined by the hardest chapter of their lives.
I’ve seen healing emerge in unexpected places. I’ve witnessed redemption where there once seemed to be only pain. Those experiences continue to shape the way I care for every person who walks through my door.
As a licensed professional counselor, I have the privilege of serving individuals, couples, families, and clinicians through counseling, clinical supervision, consultation, coaching, and educational workshops.
My areas of interest include trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, parenting support, neurodiversity, relationship concerns, faith integration, and professional development for clinicians.
I remain committed to lifelong learning and providing evidence-based, compassionate care that honors the dignity and unique story of every individual.
My Christian faith is central to who I am.
It shapes the compassion, hope, and grace I strive to bring into every interaction. For clients who desire it, I am happy to integrate biblical principles and prayer into the counseling process. Others simply appreciate knowing they’ll be welcomed with kindness, respect, and genuine care, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey.
When I’m not counseling, supervising, or teaching, you’ll often find me investing in my family, enjoying meaningful conversations, spending time outdoors, or continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
I believe some of life’s greatest moments happen in ordinary conversations and authentic relationships.
